Welcome to VIVO. A fitness challenge for all. We’ve created a new approach to exercise and wellbeing, making it inclusive, outdoors in nature, and scaled so EVERYONE can try it. We’ve used the latest data to make VIVO give you the best results in the least time, bringing simple yet challenging exercises together with aerobic exercise to challenge the mind and body.

Using our 30 plus years experience of training all levels of client, we’ve created an experience which is;

TIME EFFICIENT - Gets you the best results in strength, fat loss and fitness in the least time

FUN & INCLUSIVE - Exercise with a friend, or on your own, outdoors with like minded people. This type of training has been shown to improve mental health and encourage consistency in exercise. Everyone can participate. All fitness levels, all ability, we will make it work for you.

CHALLENGING & BENEFICIAL - We develop strength through bodyweight exercises, work the heart and lungs with aerobic elements and improve mental health through building confidence and a sense of community.

SIMPLE - Exercises anyone can do, with no equipment needed. All movements are scalable and adaptable to all levels and abilities.

PROGRESSIVE - As you complete a challenge, you can move up a level and face a new challenge. There are 3 levels: BRONZE (Novice), SILVER (Intermediate) and GOLD (advanced). You can progress through or stay on a level which suits you, and then work to improve your time. The duration of the levels get longer and more strict as they progress.
